1. Where are you located?
RTW Photography is based out of Orlando, FL.
2. Are You Willing to Travel
Yes! Any shoot located outside of the Orlando, FL area will be subject to a travel fee. The travel fee varies based on the location and the needs of the shoot. Email email@example.com with the location and the shoot you have in mind to learn more.
3. Do you require a deposit?
Yes, deposits secure your booking and will be included in the final cost of your shoot. For all portrait and video packages, the deposit is 25% of the cost of the package. The initial deposit is non-refundable.
4. What is your refund policy?
We do not offer refunds for cancellations. The initial booking deposit is non-refundable.
5. When will I receive my photos/videos?
For portraits, we promise to send all final photo edits within one week of the shoot. Events and videos will have a two to three-week turnaround time.
6. How will I receive my photos/videos?
All final photos and videos will be delivered through an online gallery where you can view, download, and order digital prints.
7. Will I receive all photos from the shoot?
No, during a shoot it is easy to accumulate hundreds of photos. Some may be duplicates, test shots, shots that are out of focus, or “bloopers” (i.e. closed eyes, weird facial expressions, etc.). We eliminate those photos and send the best quality photos that truly capture your shoot. The number of photos sent will depend on your package.
8. Do you edit or retouch photos?
Yes. Photo retouching is a part of all of our photo packages. This includes color corrections, exposure adjustments, clarity adjustments and more. All final photos that are delivered will go through photo retouching to eliminate any photography flaws. Final portrait photos will also include the removal of blemishes, fly-away hairs, and any skin imperfections.
9. Do you offer digital prints?
Yes, you will receive your photos via an online gallery that also offers an online store. Through the store and gallery you can download your photos and purchase high-resolution prints in various styles and sizes.
10. How far in advance should I book my session?
The sooner, the better! Bookings tend to go quickly the closer we get to specific dates. Booking in advance will ensure you get the time and date that works best for you. We occasionally have last minute spots available, so don’t hesitate to send us a message to find out!
11. What should I bring to a portrait session?
Anything you would like to include in your shoot! Specific outfits and any props are all welcomed to help bring your vision to life. Let us know during booking and we will help you as best we can.
12. Do you have props or a backdrop?
For our indoor portrait sessions, we have backdrops and props available to use. If you need specific props or any special accommodations, please let us know, and we will assist you as much as we can. We also encourage you to bring your own props as well.
13. What if there is bad weather on the day of our outdoor session?
Bad weather will affect the quality of your outdoor shoot, so we will work with you to reschedule to the next best available date.
14. Do you sell gift certificates?
Yes! Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the gift recipient’s name and how much you would like to apply to the gift certificate. The minimum value for a gift certificate is $25, which can be applied to the cost of any package. Or, you can purchase a full package!
