BOOK A SHOOT WITH RTW PHOTOGRAPHY
RTW Photography aims to capture your special moments and bring your vision to life. We are excited to speak with you about your photography and videography needs after booking your session below. We have made it easy for you. Choose the package you desire, pay your deposit, and receive a confirmation via email. Please review the terms and conditions prior to booking:
A 25% security deposit must be made to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits will be deducted from the final payment.
Company policy does not allow us to distribute unedited photos. But no worries upon request we can edit additional photographs for $15 a photograph (minimum of 5 photographs) at any time.
Shoots outside of the Orlando, FL area will be subject to a travel fee. The travel fee varies based on the location and the needs of the shoot.
There will be no refunds. Refunds will only be applied if an appointment is canceled by RTW Photography.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policies – If your date needs to be changed once you have booked your session, you have one reschedule allowed. You must contact RTW Photography via email at least 48 hours in prior to your original shoot to reschedule your session. If you cancel within 48 hours of your session, you will forfeit your deposit and will need to schedule a new session. For weather cancellations, you will receive an email to let you know your session needs to be rescheduled or cancelled. The photographer has the final decision on if the session needs to be rescheduled due to weather conditions. If your session is cancelled due to weather, you will receive an email with a list of dates that he/she is available to reschedule your session.
